The Zodiac team received specialized training from Daktronics experts on modern LED product lines and advanced technologies such as SMD, IMD, and COB. Daktronics’ LED products are distinguished by their superior image quality and boast durability of up to 10 years, surpassing other competitors<\/strong>. These products meet various usage needs, from indoor to outdoor advertising, even under harsh environmental conditions.<\/p>\n

Unlike the industry standard of potting only the front, Daktronics’ LED modules are potted with silicone on both surfaces. This design significantly enhances the screen’s protection from external impacts, thereby maximizing its lifespan.<\/p>\n

Before reaching customers, Daktronics’ LED products undergo rigorous reliability testing, including salt fog chamber, splashing test, EMI testing chamber, IP validation (water\/dust), climate chamber, high acceleration life testing, and more. This meticulous testing ensures that every product leaving the factory meets the highest standards of quality and durability, establishing Daktronics as a market leader.<\/p>\n
